Moody Joshua Tree Engagement Session

Spending the day with sweet Mariah & Matt was literally a dream. These two were on a 6 week road trip exploring all the amazing National Parks in the US. They had just came from Utah spending the night under the stars in Moab and made it to Joshua Tree for their engagement session. Is there a better way to enjoy engagement??? As a photographer, Joshua Tree had been on my bucket list basically since I picked up a camera haha! Obviously, I was THRILLED with Mariah reached out to me asking to capture their engagements. We started at their dreamy airbnb (Julianne Hough stayed here not too long before them) and then we went into the desert & explored everywhere. If you are thinking about eloping in a National Park, Joshua Tree would be a great fit for you if you are looking for the desert vibe that has a lot of texture & character. And if you happen to be interested in delicious food & drink, Palm Springs is only about an hour outside this area. Highly recommend grabbing dinner and drinks in Palm Springs if you get the chance.
